This Anglia is street driven. John built this car years ago to go cruising in.
A 9" Ford diff gets the power to the ground via a 2 speed Powerglide with a T-400 input shaft and transbrake valve- body. Coupled to a Dominator 3500 Hi stall convertor.
The car currently runs 9.00 @153mph. John wants a low 8 second pass out of this car, rumour has it that the cam is being changed & the car converted to run Methanol.
Now this is one sweat street & strip car!
